START Taranaki aims to provide support to youth who are at risk of offending or re-offending, by being given role models to help them create positive change.
There are three programs currently offered for:
- Young tane who have previously offended.
- Young people who are deemed ‘at risk’ of offending.
- Young wahine at risk of offending or who are currently experiencing hardship
